Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary or Class 12 from a government-recognised board or council.
Computer Knowledge: Candidates must possess a minimum of six months’ completed diploma or certificate in computer proficiency from a government-recognised institution in Assam (no breaks in qualification are admissible) and must have computing knowledge in both Assamese and English languages. Candidates must possess a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools, independent of any operating system (e.g., MS Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.), including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, content databases, the internet, and email.
