An Image of 9 Pillars of light appears in the sky of Japan which sparks the invasion of Alien. An image is viral in social media. This phenomenon took place on May 11, 2024 in Daisen coastal town of Japan.
An X user Maashii’s upload this image where we can see nine pillars of light appeared in the night sky.
The X user upload the picture by stating, “A streak of light was spotted in the sky above Mikuriya Port in Daisen Town, Tottori at around 10pm today.”
Another X user named as totoro8201 also shares a similar image and state that, “I also saw it at Nariishi Beach in Kotoura Town.”
According to a report by Mothership, the phenomenon observed in Tottori on May 11th has been identified as a well-known occurrence in Japan called ‘Isaribi Kochu,’ which translates to “fish-attracting light pillars.” These captivating lights are not of extraterrestrial origin but are a result of practical fishing techniques used by local fishermen.
“Japan Today” explained the phenomenon of “Isaribi,” which translates to “fishing fires.” These lights are used on fishing vessels to attract larger catches, particularly in squid fishing. During cooler nights, crystals may develop in the atmosphere form above these illuminated fishing boats, when significant crystals form without precipitation, the lights from the boats would be reflect off these crystals, and thus creates the appearance of light beams in the sky.
