At least 15 people injured including child after a bus collided with a stationary truck at Teok, Jorhat, Assam and occurred an accident on Monday night.
According to some sources, the bus bearing registration number ‘AS-01 HC-9603’ was returning from an Aatmanirbhar Assam event in Guwahati when it collide with a parked truck on the side of the road at Mudoijan Tiniali area.
Among the injuries the passenger name Deepak kumar, handyman of the sustain serious injured. Other injured include children and other people.
Meanwhile, the passenger of the bus have alleged at the time of the accident the driver was drunk. After the accident he fled from the scene.
Local police arrived at the accident scene in Jorhat and transported the injured people to the nearby hospital for treatment.
