On December 9, a bomb explosion took place at a house in Murshidabad, West Bengal, where three people died according to local TV reports. The house where the bomb was reportedly made, is collapsed.
According to reports, the bomb blast took place in the Khayartala area under the Sagarpara police station in Murshidabad district Monday morning. After the blast the West Bengal police arrived at the scene and started investigation. Early reports indicate that blasts involved in the country-made bombs.
The victims, Mamun Molla and Sakirul Sarkar from Khairatala, and Mustakin Sheikh from Mahtab Colony, were reportedly making bombs inside a house when it exploded. Another victim, identified as Mustaqin Sheikh, also died in the incident.
The victims’ family members have denied their involvement in bomb-making. They claim that Mamun Molla, Sakirul Sarkar, and Mustaqin Sheikh were killed when bombs were thrown at the house.
After bomb blast thick layers of white fumes engulfed the house after the bombs exploded, that cause the residents nearby to alert the police immediately. Bomb squad team and police is investigating the matter.
