Manipur Lok Sabha Election Result: In Manipur Congress won both Lok Sabha Seats – Inner and outer Manipur. This year BJP failed to win single seats in Manipur. Congress defeated the BJP-National People’s Party-Naga People’s Front alliance in Lok Sabha Election 2024.

In Inner Manipur Constituency Angomcha Bimol Akoijam of Congress Candidate won the Lok Sabha Seats by 3,74,017 votes by defeating Thounaojam Basanta Kumar Singh BJP Candidate who secure 2,64,216 votes.
In Outer Manipur Constituency Alfred Kanngam S Arthur congress candidate won by 3,84,854 seats against Naga Peoples Front Candidate Kachui Timothy Zimik who secured 2,99,536 votes.
(Congress Candidate) Alfred Kanngam S Arthur becomes the third Tangkul Naga to secure a Lok Sabha seats in Outer Manipur, after Rungsung Suisa victory in 1957. He secured 3,84,854 out of 7,89,793 total votes. Other Candidate who contest election from this constituency are Kachui Timothy Zimik candidate of Naga Peoples Front, S Kho John as Independent Candidate and Alyson Abonmai as Independent Candidate.
Angomcha Bimol Akoijam is a professor of Jawaharlal Nehru University and was the popular choice for voters to choose. He Secure 3,74,017 votes out of 7,89,912 Votes in Inner Manipur constituency.
Other Candidate who contests the Manipur Lok Sabha 2024 Election of Inner Manipur constituency are Thounaojam Basanta Kumar Singh BJP Candidate, Maheshwar Thounaojam Republican Party of India (Athwale) candidate. Other three are contest election as Independent they are Rajkumar Somendro Singh, Moirangthem Totomshana Nongshaba and Haorungbam Sarat Singh.
