Karimganj Police seized huge amount of drugs worth Rs. 2 Cr, arrest one

Karimganj Police seized huge amount of suspected heroin in Suprakandi area of Karimganj, during smuggling in Tripura.

Based on secret information, Karimganj police lead by SP Partha Pratim Das intercepted a four-wheeler vehicle in Suprakandi and recovered 355 gram of heroin from it. One person arrested in connection of it.

The worth of the seized items would be Rs.2 Crore.

The arrested individual, identified as Rahul Goala from Tripura.

Further investigation is going on.
