Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) receive their salary in the form of Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA), which increases annually by 3%, subject to certain conditions as per the GDS Rules. In addition, they also get Dearness Allowance (DA), which is updated by the Government of India from time to time.

Selection Process
The applicants will be shortlisted for engagement on the basis of a system generated merit list.
