Fake police officer Arrest at Silchar Railway Station by GRPF in Assam

A fake police officer arrested in Silchar Railway Station by the Government Railway Police Force (GRPF) on October 15, 2024.

According to reports, that the accused man dressed in an Assam Police uniform tried to requisition vehicles a vehicle, which made the railway police suspicious.

The accused identified as Srinath Seal from Karimganj’s Patel Nagar.

Sources said the man was acting strangely and trying to use his fake authority. The railway police, observing the situation, decided to look into the situation and investigate further.

When the railway police questioned the man, he couldn’t show proper identification or valid reason for his action. As a result, the railway police immediately arrest him and took him into custody. Further investigation is going on to know the reason behind this incident.
