Delhi CM Rekha Gupta to take Oath Today alongside six minsters

Rekha Gupta is going to take oath as Delhi Chief Minster on Thursday. The oath ceremony will take place at a grand swearing-in ceremony at Ramlila Ground.

On Wednesday, February 19, BJP announced the name who will be next Chief Minster of Delhi. Rakha Gupta, 50 years old chosen as the leader of the House in Delhi Assembly at the BJP legislature party meeting. Senior BJP leader Ravi Sankar Prasad, along with OP Dhankar appointed as the party’s two central observes.

After selected as Delhi’s Chief Minister-designate, BJP leader Rekha Gupta called it a “miracle” and a “new chapter” that signals a significant change for women in politics.

The oath ceremony of the newly elected ministers and CM of Delhi will take place at 12:15 pm. As many as 25,000 security personal will deploy in the central, north and New Delhi area areas where the oath ceremony will take place.

At around 50,000 people will attend in the Ceremony. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his cabinet colleagues and the chief minister of NDA will present in the ceremony

Delhi Chief Minister-designate Rekha Gupta said on Thursday that the first payment of ₹2,500 per month for women under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana will be deposited in their bank accounts by March 8.
