A shocking incident took place in Gossaigaon area, where a deaf and mute girl was gangraped by three men in Gossaigaon under Bodoland region, Assam.
According to information, the incident took place on October 10, evening the prime accused, identified as Muklesur Rahman allegedly lured a woman to his home under false pretenses, where he and two accomplices committed a horrific crime.
The police have arrested Rahman after a search, but the other two suspects are still on the run. Police assured that the two accused will be arrested soon. Further investigation is going on and they are now actively searching the absconding accused.
The Gossaigaon gangraped incident has shocked the community as people demands justice and immediate action. The Women’s Right protection committee also taken up the matter.
