Assam Police seized Rs 7 Crore worth drugs in Sribhumi (Karimganj)

Assam Police on February 8, early morning seized Rs 7 Crore worth from two different areas of Sribhumi (Karimganj) district in Assam. Three arrested in the connection of it.

Based on tip off, Sribhumi Police in the early mornings of Saturday launched an operation in two different place and seized banned Yaba Tablets.

During operation Assam police first seized 50,000 Yaba Tablets in Puwamara, Sribhumi. They arrested on in connection of it.

In another operation, 5,800 Yaba Tablet seized in Longai area of Sribhumi district (formerly known as Karimganj). In this two arrested. Police recovered it from a tire of a vehicle.

Apart from this operation Sribhumi police launched another two operation. One in Nilabazar from where police seized 33 vials of suspected heroin contained 1.91 gram. In Ratabari police arrested 4000 suspected of Yaba Tablets, two accused arrested in connection of.
