Karimganj Police arrest four brokers who involved in facilitating illegal entry of Bangladeshi nationals into our country India in Badarpur on September 23.
The arrest made following tip off received by Badarpur Police, that an auto driver Jamil Uddin is involved in transporting Bangladeshi nationals, who entered illegally through India-Bangladesh border in Meghalaya state to another state.
Based on this information, Karimganj Police arrest the auto driver Jamil Uddin, from Badarpur. After interrogation Jamil Uddin reveal that three other individuals of Kalain, Cachar were also involved in this illegal thing. Police launched an operation based on the auto driver statement and arrest Mahbubul Alam, Kapil Uddin, and Titu Roy.
According to some sources say on Sunday, the traffickers helped four Bangladeshi nationals to cross illegally the India-Bangladesh border.
Acting quickly, Badarpur Police detained the Bangladeshis, and during questioning, they revealed key information that led to the arrest of the four traffickers.
