Paltan Bazar Police, Guwahati has arrested four notorious thieves from the area of Paltan Bazar. The gang of theft was operating this crime from a rented house in Guwahati.
It is reported that the gang was involved in thefts and burglaries including recent Paltan Bazar incident.
Based on case number 13/25, Paltan Bazar Police arrested the four thieves.
The thieves identified as Mokibul Khan, Rushikesh Kishan Shinde, Mokibul Hussain, and Harshjit Mandal.
During the operation police also recovered several stolen items like gold necklaces, gold rings, several gold and silver ornaments, mobile phones and cash of Rs 70,000.
Further investigation is going on.
