Delhi Government Education Loan Guarantee Scheme. The scheme aims to provide financial support from the banking system to memorious students for pursuing higher education in Delhi. Even, pursuing recognized degree or diploma level courses or skill development courses from state government / central Govt. Universities/Institutions located outside Delhi within India.
Education Loan Guarantee Scheme is that a meritorious student is provide with an opportunity to pursue higher education with the financial support.
Eligibility Criteria for Delhi Government Education Loan
Students who wish to pursue diploma or degree level courses or skill development courses in Delhi and have done their class X and Class XII from Delhi. For courses for which the qualifying examination is class X, students who have done class X from Delhi will be eligible for this scheme.
Students should be in Govt. institution or Private self financed Institutions located in Delhi A or B grading of NAAC and NBA grading A+ or A & whose fee is regulated by the government.
Meritorious students for pursuing higher education in Delhi and pursuing recognized degree or diploma level courses or skill development courses from Central / State Govt. Universities/ Institutions.

Colleges / Institutions / Universities coveredย
Government Institutions or Private self financed Institutions located in Delhi having A or B grading of NAAC and NBA grading of A+ or A & whose fee is regulated by the Govt. only those Universities / Institutions which are located in Delhi and their fee is regulated by the Govt.
The guarantee will be available for loans for courses of Government Institutions. It will also be available for private self finance Institutions located in Delhi having A or B grading of NAAC or SFRC grading of A+ or A.
