A JICA water supply mainline pipe has burst again in Guwahati ‘s Kharguli area on January 2, which cause flooded road with knee-deep water and wasting thousands of liters of water.
This is not the first time a water pipeline has burst in the area which cause damages.
A previous incident caused serious damage, injuring several people and destroying many homes.
The residents of the area is frustrated with this repeated problem and urging the authorities to act quickly and effectively to fix the issue and prevent it from happening again.
