The Rose Valley Assets Disposal Committee created by a court order on May 15, 2015, from the Calcutta High Court. Its job is to refund money to investors who haven’t received their investments back from companies in the Rose Valley Group. Another court case related to this matter is now being heard together with the first case. The committee, formed on May 15, 2015, includes a retired judge from the Calcutta High Court, a member nominated by the Enforcement Directorate, and another nominated by the State of West Bengal.
To give back money to investors, this committee has the power to investigate and control the company’s affairs and assets under the Rose Valley Group. They can sell these assets with permission from the Calcutta High Court. The committee is following the orders of the Calcutta High Court to carry out these duties.
