- The candidate who is financially weak, will be given the facility to live in a permanent house.
- The government will give ₹40000 in the first installment.
- The government will give ₹60000 through the second installment.
- Then the government will give the last installment of ₹20000.
- Families in rural areas whose financial condition is not good can avail the benefits.
- Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 130000 will be given to the urban area.
Eligibility Criteria of PM Awas Yojana 2024
- Citizen must be of India.
- Age limit should not be less than 18 years.
- The house of candidate should be a kutcha house and not a pucca house.
- The financial condition of the family should be weak.
- Households with any member with disability and no able-bodied
