MukhyaMantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan Scheme

The Mukhya Mantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan Scheme aims to empower around 40 lakh women Self-Help Group (SHG) members, transforming them into Rural Micro Entrepreneurs or “Lakhpati Baideos.” The objective is to guarantee an annual income of ₹1 lakh for each participant, fostering economic independence and sustainable livelihoods among women.

The Assam government has sanctioned the Mukhya Mantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan, a venture dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs in rural areas. Administered by the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM), this initiative aims to offer financial assistance to women in rural regions, promoting self-sufficiency and economic autonomy.

The woman members of the SHG Group can apply for the Scheme. The apply for the scheme will available through nearest Panchayat Office where you will get form of free of cost. The scheme will start from 16 January.
