A portion of ceiling collapse at Guwahati Railway Station on Monday morning where two female employee injured.
According to reports, at around 7 am on Monday morning a portion of ceiling collapse in the ticket counter of Guwahati Railway Station, in the side of Paltan Bazar. During the two female employees named Malabika Paul and Belchi Narzary injured.
As per source, the railway authorities has informed about the deteriorating condition of the ceiling of the ticket counter a month ago. But no action has taken.
Allegations of negligence have now surfaced against the concerned department for failing to act promptly. The injured employees received first aid afterward.
