How to Complete Online Exchange Registration?

Candidates who are willing to generate their Employment Exchange Registration Certificate online must apply on the official portal of the Government of Assam. The online process to generate an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate was started on September 27, 2021. In this process, there are two ways to complete the verification of applicants. Those two verification methods are AADHAAR-Based Verification and Non-AADHAAR-Based Verification. Candidates have to submit their online applications based on these two verification methods. Both verification methods are briefly described below.

AAdhaar Based Verification:

The candidates who opt for this AADHAAR-based verification method will not need to visit any office to complete their employment exchange registration process, as the authentication will be done with the help of their AADHAAR details. This method is quite easy and simple; the only drawback is that the candidate must have a valid AADHAAR to complete the online process.

Non- AAdhar Based Verification:

The candidates who opt for non-AADHAAR-based verification will need to visit the employment office for the verification of their documents. Candidates have to select their desired employment office, date, and time for verification. Candidates will have to visit the selected employment office on the day of their appointment and complete the process to obtain the registration certificate.

Required Documents for Registration:

Mobile Number: The candidate will need a valid and active mobile number to complete the registration process.

Education Documents: Candidates have to provide a single PDF of all their pass certificates and mark sheets.
