DDA on 12 september 2022 launched DDA Online Running Scheme 2023 on First Come First Serve basis. Any interested candidates can apply for new online running housing scheme at DDA official website. The DDA Online Running Housing Scheme is offering around 8500 flats of EWS/LIG categories at Narela location.
DDA Online Running Housing Scheme 2023
In order to provide facility to interested persons to buy DDA flats at any time without waiting for launch of Housing Scheme, DDA has decided to launch an Online Running Housing Scheme from 12th September 2022 on First Come First Serve basis.
The scheme is completely online and offer about 8500 flats of EWS and LIG category. On 1st phase of this DDA Housing Scheme, around 1281 flats will be available till the entire inventory is sold out. After the inventory is sold out or as decided by the competent authority the additional inventory will be added.

The most striking feature of this year’s Online Housing Scheme would be for economically weaker sections (EWS), lower income group (LIG) category as per the DDA Housing scheme. Eligibility Criteria for DDA Running Housing Scheme
- Applicant should be less than RS 3 lakh and annual family income less than RS 10 lakh.
- DDA has relaxed criterion of having individual income less than RS 3 lakh for allotment of EWS flat and all person having annual family income less than RS 10 lakh are eligible to apply for EWS flat.
