The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023,’ offering a total of 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxurious penthouses. The flats, located in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Prospective buyers can choose from flats in different categories, such as super high-income group (SHIG), high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG), and economically weaker section (EWS). The prices vary, ranging from ₹11.5 lakh to ₹5 crore.

In a significant development, the DDA is introducing more than 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses and high-income group (HIG) flats, in Dwarka Sector 19B, overlooking the Golf Course.
Diverse Modes of Acquisition: E-Auction and First Come First Serve (FCFS)
Luxury flats, alongside some mid-income (MIG) flats, will be available through e-auction mode, including locations in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram. Moreover, 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, 316 LIG flats, and 1008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, along with 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram and over 28,000 flats in Narela across various categories, will be offered through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.

As of now, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, and the construction of the remaining 8,500 will be completed in the next six months, according to PTI.
