The APSC has officially announced the postponed of Junior Engineer (Civil) Preliminary Screening Test Exam (OMR based), which was scheduled for Sunday, 29th June 2025.
The decision of exam postponed was taken due to communication disruptions between the Barak Valley and other parts of Assam, making it challenging for candidates from the region to reach their examination centres.
According to the notification (No. 222PSC/DR-6/3/2024-25), the exam pertains to recruitment under the joint cadre of the Public Works Roads Department (PWRD) and the Public Works Buildings & National Highways Department (Bldg. & NH), as per Advertisement No. 05/2025 dated 22/01/2025.
The revised exam date has not announced till know. “Revised date will be notified in due course of time.” – APSC Secretary.
