APDCL has recently published an important notice alerting consumers that digital services will remain close temporarily reason being its ongoing cloud migration work. The Service downtime is effective for 36 hours from 9:00 PM February 28, 2026 to 9:00 AM March 2, 2026.
APDCL Prepaid Recharge Will Remain Temporarily Close
During the service maintenance period, all external and internal platforms may experience downtime. Major applications such as – ARMS, Consumer Portal, Easy Pay, My Bijulee, BijuleeBandhu, and other related systems will remain temporarily close. Users across Assam may face issues accessing electricity-related online services during this time.
APDCL has specifically advised prepaid consumers to ensure adequate amount of balance in advance to avoid power interruption. The utility sincerely regrets the inconvenience and has said that the shutdown is important upgrade and streamlines its digital infrastructure for better performance going forward.
